“WE THE PEOPLE” convened an open public jural assembly retaining our sovereignty provided by the Creator over the land commonly called Austria, a „state corporation“ established by the Allies through the Austrian State Treaty 1955 (Österreichischer Staatsvertrag 1955) on June 27th 1955. Disclaimer: Due to the fact that the entire humanity has been lied to & deceived for thousands of years in regards of, but not limited to, History, Reality, Human Mankind, Religion, Spirituality & Technology, “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria are not willing and able at this moment in history to go back to a State Treaty of our past, either democratic or monarchy-based. Nevertheless, “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria declare the sovereign land of Austria, based on the territory defined in the State Treaty of 1955 by the allied powers USA, France, Great Britain and the Soviet Union. “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria are aware of the historical fact, that Austria & its self-appointed leaders were involved at the forefront in World War I & II in the 20th century. “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria are further aware, that the original State Treaty of 1955 is still, and always was, in custody of the Foreign Ministry of Russia & that no Peace Treaty was ever signed between the Republic of Austria & the Allied Powers. As a result, it must be stated that Austria has never been a sovereign republic at any point in known history and is still under the rule of the victorious powers of World War II. This status quo will find its natural end by ratification of this document.

Declaration of Independence – Declaration for Peace & Unity:

“WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria declare ourselves & the land called Austria sovereign, independant & free.

“WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria declare, to respect, to support & to co-operate with any other sovereignty, either inside or outside of Austria, either by individual or by land or any other sovereign entity. We all come from the same Source and we are all connected through this Source.

“WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria see it as our duty & honor, to stand UNITED with the people and all living beings on Earth and beyond within the Creation of the Source (Supreme Source of all Being often referred to as God, Allah, Jahwe, Almighty Creator, …)

By ratifying and adopting the amendable usage of this document, “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria, a Free and Independent land, desire to serve Notice to the World, through any and/or all available media applied and freely dispersed, including by, but not limited to though, de facto Austrian Postal Services in accord with this Notice Establishing, through this Notice. (New) Austria, a free and Independent land declares, by the will of “WE THE PEOPLE” on/in/of (new) Austria, a Free and Independent land. No assumptions and/or presumptions shall be presented against, nor changes made to this notice.

“WE THE PEOPLE” of Austria do not intend to join any affiliations with European Union, European Commission, IMF, World Banks, United Nations, Federal Reserve or any/all such organizations. “WE THE PEOPLE” of (new) Austria remain independent against all foreign alleged encumbrances/claims associated with the corporate United States Incorporated, corporate Russia Incorporated, corporate United Kingdom Incorporated, corporate France Incorporated, any other Corporate States and other, as debtors in every/any circumstance past/present/future contracts, known/unknown alleged to hold private sentient, flesh and blood, living beings as collateral for same through fictional established “NAMES”, governmental trust, religious trust, taxation, fees, permits, fines, ordinances, licensing, franchising, etc., and unlimited other implied contractual sources as so brought forth by agents and agencies affiliated with the same, and corporate entities nationally and internationally, without full knowledge/disclosure and consent to/of each and every individual.

“WE THE PEOPLE” of Austria adhere to a representative form of government couched in natural law of which shall be a permanent law form, through lawful contractual agreements, privately and publicly and natural law shall be the remedy in all disagreement.
